Job summary
The Sales Executive will play a key role in introducing the company’s products into the market by driving sales, activating distributors, and expanding presence across key FMCG trade channels. This is a hands-on, field-focused role suited for someone with strong relationships within the FMCG trade network and a proven ability to grow sales

Responsibilities:
- Drive product distribution and sales across key FMCG trade channels
- Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Leverage existing trade relationships to accelerate product market entry
- Execute field sales activities, trade visits, and product activations
- Monitor sales performance and basic stock movement across channels
- Provide regular market insights and sales updates to management
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies
- Deliver on clearly defined sales KPIs and performance targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing within Nigeria
- Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, or retail networks
- Strong field sales experience with the ability to open new markets
- Good understanding of FMCG trade channels and distribution systems in Nigeria
- An existing distributor or trade network will be an added advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
