Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive who can operate across field engagement, merchant sales, and corporate business development.

This is a highly field-driven role. You will spend a significant part of your time in markets and business areas, engaging directly with merchants, while also identifying and closing opportunities with corporate clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and results-driven, able to speak to a trader in the market and also hold their own in a business meeting.

Job Description

Carry out daily field visits to markets and business locations to engage merchants and generate leads
Introduce and sell OnCRE’s solution in a simple and relatable way
Onboard and register merchants accurately
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients in the field
Identify and approach corporate clients and structured businesses
Prepare and present proposals where required
Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads across both segments
Take ownership of client acquisition and deal closure
Provide basic support after onboarding where needed
Submit simple weekly activity and performance reports
Represent OnCRE professionally at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development
Experience selling a financial product or service is strongly preferred
Experience selling a new or unfamiliar product to the public
Strong communication skills, able to engage both market traders and corporate clients
Ability to write simple proposals and present ideas clearly
Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver to clients
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Willingness and ability to work in the field daily
Must be based in Lagos
Minimum educational qualification HND/BSc
