Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads for property sales and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers and investors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Work with the marketing team to convert online leads into closed deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Must be confident interacting with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Must be self-motivated and able to meet sales targets.
- Must reside in Abuja and be available for property inspections and client meetings.
