Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and closing high-value sales with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing the brand at premium industry events.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and develop relationships with potential clients and investors.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct property presentations and negotiations to secure high-value transactions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in luxury real estate or hospitality sales.
  • Proven track record of closing multimillion-naira deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury property market and investment trends.
  • Confident, professional, and able to engage high-profile clients effectively.


Location: Ikoyi, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 600,000 Monthly
