Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and develop relationships with potential clients and investors.
- Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct property presentations and negotiations to secure high-value transactions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in luxury real estate or hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of closing multimillion-naira deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury property market and investment trends.
- Confident, professional, and able to engage high-profile clients effectively.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 600,000 Monthly
