Sales Executive
Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling bespoke interior woodwork and furniture solutions, managing client relationships, running the sales process from consultation to close, and coordinating with production and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Support execution of the sales strategy and revenue targets for interior woodworks/furniture solutions, aligned to company growth objectives
- Identify and pursue growth segments- HNIs, corporate/blue-chip clients, hospitality, government parastatals, and real estate developers
- Apply approved pricing frameworks for bespoke/custom orders, balancing margin protection with competitiveness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and proposals
Client Relationship & Business Development:
- Manage and grow relationships with clients- HNIs, corporate accounts, hospitality, and government/institutional buyers
- Participate in and support tender and contract processes for institutional, hospitality, and government orders
- Develop partnerships with real estate developers, architects, and interior designers as referral and project channels
- Drive customer experience standards from enquiry through delivery and after-sales support
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management:
- Achieve individual sales targets; maintain an active, well-qualified pipeline
- Conduct client consultations and site visits, and recommend appropriate interior woodwork solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and bid submissions for custom and bespoke orders
- Maintain consistent use of CRM tools and adherence to the company's sales process and playbook
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Design/Production to ensure sales commitments match production and design capacity
- Coordinate with Operations & Logistics on delivery timelines, installation scheduling, and fulfilment
- Partner with Marketing/Brand on campaigns, showroom presentation, and lead generation
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and input to support budgeting and production planning
Reporting & Governance:
- Report sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence to the Sales Lead
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client documentation in line with company policy
- Ensure all sales practices comply with company policy and relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' progressive sales experience
- Experience in furniture, interior design, joinery/woodworks, luxury/lifestyle goods, real estate, or related B2B/B2C sales environments is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with institutional/government tender processes is an advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset
- High-level negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with HNI and corporate clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites and locations as required
