Sales Executive
Job summary
You will be responsible for shaping and leading sales efforts for Capacity Cloud while also driving revenue for MicroAgent as a product offering. This is not a junior or execution-only role, you are expected to bring prior experience, structure the sales approach, and guide supporting sales associates.

Responsibilities:
- Set the overall sales direction and go-to-market strategy for Capacity Cloud
- Define target customer profiles, positioning, and pricing conversations
- Own the sales process from lead qualification through proposal and negotiation
- Establish repeatable sales workflows and pipeline structure
- Guide and support junior sales associates in execution
- Work closely with leadership to align sales activity with business goals
- Lead early customer conversations and validate service-market fit
- Progress deals independently, with leadership support on closing larger opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
