Sales Executive
Job summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving deposit growth and expanding the customer base for Gap Finance’s financial products, including savings accounts, investment products, and loan offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within corporate organizations, cooperatives, associations, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities:
Deposit Mobilization:
- Drive the growth of savings, investment, and fixed deposit portfolios through active client acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, cooperatives, and corporate organizations.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new customers for Gap Finance’s financial products and services.
- Build relationships with corporate organizations, professional associations, and institutions for group onboarding opportunities.
Loan Product Promotion:
- Promote Gap Finance’s loan products to qualified individuals and institutions.
- Work closely with the credit team to ensure proper client onboarding and loan processing.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide advisory support to customers on suitable savings and investment products.
Business Development:
- Identify strategic opportunities for partnerships with corporate bodies, cooperatives, and associations to increase product adoption.
- Support cross-selling opportunities across the company’s financial and technology products where applicable.
Performance and Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly deposit mobilization and product sales targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in deposit mobilization, financial product sales, or relationship management within a bank, microfinance bank, fintech, or financial institution.
- Strong network across corporate organizations, cooperatives, SMEs, associations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Experienced in selling investment products, savings plans, or credit facilities (Additional Advantage).
