Drive business growth through deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, loan processing, and sales of financial products. Achieve revenue targets, generate leads, cross-sell services, and build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Core Deposit Mobilization.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
- Sell retail savings products to customers.
- Generate B2B and B2C sales.
- Generate sales leads and achieve the revenue target.
- Cross-selling financial services and products.
- Achieve the set sales financial target within the timeframes.
- Attend to customer inquiries about product, service benefits and ensure timely resolutions to complaints.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
