Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Core Deposit Mobilization.
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
  • Sell retail savings products to customers.
  • Generate B2B and B2C sales.
  • Generate sales leads and achieve the revenue target.
  • Cross-selling financial services and products.
  • Achieve the set sales financial target within the timeframes.
  • Attend to customer inquiries about product, service benefits and ensure timely resolutions to complaints.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with clients through superior customer service.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a BSC
  • 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
