Job Summary
We’re hiring a Sales Executive (Cross-Border Payments) to drive new B2B revenue across Nigeria-origin payments. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and handover, facilitating payment payout capabilities to businesses, corporates, fintech’s and enterprise payers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own a revenue quota and deliver a predictable pipeline, forecast accuracy, and quarterly bookings.
- Prospect & qualify target accounts (businesses, corporate, fintech, enterprise payers use cases).
- Negotiate & close MSAs, commercial terms, and service schedules in collaboration with Compliance and Finance.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM hygiene (stages, next steps, probability, close date) and report weekly pipeline and forecast.
- Track competitor offerings, corridor dynamics, and regulatory developments; feed insights to Product & Leadership.
- Represent us at industry events, roundtables, and client workshops.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a B.Sc. degree
- 3–7 years of B2B sales or business development in payments/fintech, remittances, card acquiring, payout networks, banking, or enterprise SaaS selling to financial services.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Working knowledge of cross-border flows, FX, settlement, and payout rails (bank, wallet, cash), plus KYC/AML/CTF concepts.
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, unit economics, ROI) and solution selling skills.
- Excellent communication and can engage product, compliance, and executive audiences.
