Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include managing international sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the company's account management efforts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the broader team to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in International Sales and knowledge of International Business practices
- Proven experience in Customer Service and the ability to respond effectively to client needs
- Expertise in Sales and Account Management, including developing and nurturing relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is a plus
