Job summary

A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products or services to customers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and contact potential customers
  • Present and explain products/services to clients
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Prepare sales reports and records
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and payments
  • Promote company products through marketing activities

Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous sales experience is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Smart appearance and positive attitude
