Sales Executive
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (B2B) to grow Pakora’s customer base through direct B2B sales. This role is performance-focused and suited for someone comfortable being accountable for leads, conversions, and revenue. This is not a passive sales role. Success is measured by closed and paid orders.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as restaurants, caterers, food vendors, and distributors
- Follow up on inbound leads from ads, referrals, and inquiries
- Present Pakora’s products, pricing, and minimum order requirements clearly
- Close bulk orders and ensure payment confirmation
- Maintain relationships with repeat customers
- Track leads, discussions, and closed sales
- Share weekly sales updates and customer feedback
- Actively generate and follow up on sales leads
- Meet agreed sales targets within the trial period
- Focus on converting inquiries into paid orders
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or related fields is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person outreach if required
- Self-motivated and accountable for results
- Familiarity with food businesses or hospitality is a plus
