Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive and Key Account Manager located in Udi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. The candidate will conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular reporting, sales forecasting, and negotiation with clients will also be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and account management
- Ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of market dynamics in FMCG or related sectors is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
