Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and tenants
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
- Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and property values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present property documents, contracts, and agreements
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to enhance property visibility
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
- Prior work experience in a real estate company
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Added Advantage:
- Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license
