Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and providing excellent client service. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to build and maintain

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Promote and market available properties to prospective buyers and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
  • Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and property values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present property documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to enhance property visibility


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in a real estate company
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Added Advantage:

  • Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and property listing platforms
