Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in the automotive industry to drive vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and specifications.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
