Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in the automotive industry to drive vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell vehicles to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
