As a Cove Real Estate and Construction Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue, driving result-oriented sales strategies, cold-calling, forging strategic partnerships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
  • Contact potential clients via cold calls & emails
  • Increase client base, generate & execute strategies for revenue growth
  • Launch new products
  • Identify client needs and pitch the right products
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and understand sales performance metrics.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development experience
  • Experience in the Banking or Fintech industry is an added advantage
  • Business Intelligence.
  • Excellent Relationship within High Network Individuals (HNIs)
  • Research & Strategy.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong managerial, analytical, and commercial skills.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Excellent networking Skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate sales. & Marketing.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Energetic, self-starter, relationship builder, commercial/business mindset
