Job summary
As a Cove Real Estate and Construction Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue, driving result-oriented sales strategies, cold-calling, forging strategic partnerships, and closing deals.

- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Contact potential clients via cold calls & emails
- Increase client base, generate & execute strategies for revenue growth
- Launch new products
- Identify client needs and pitch the right products
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and understand sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development experience
- Experience in the Banking or Fintech industry is an added advantage
- Business Intelligence.
- Excellent Relationship within High Network Individuals (HNIs)
- Research & Strategy.
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong managerial, analytical, and commercial skills.

- Extensive knowledge of real estate sales. & Marketing.
