Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Mende, Maryland
Work Mode: Full-time | Onsite
Salary: ₦150,000 + Commission
Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to engage prospects, build trust, and close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities
•
Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referrals
•
Schedule and coordinate property inspections with prospective clients
•
Confidently present and promote real estate offerings to clients
•
Understand client needs and communicate value effectively
•
Build and maintain strong client relationships
•
Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
•
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
•
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Requirements & Skills
•
HND / B.Sc in any discipline
•
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
•
Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability
•
Self-motivated with a proven drive to meet and exceed targets
•
Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
•
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
•
Professional appearance and positive attitude
•
Must be available to resume immediately
