Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Awka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth for the company's enterprise IT products and services. Responsibilities include market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing leads, closing deals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities with a proven track record of success in business development.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services, including CRM, ERP, CMS, e-business, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and generate relevant insights for sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer needs analysis and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking and managing leads is an advantage.
