Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying high-value business opportunities and managing strategic relationships. You will focus on "quality over quantity," targeting corporate partnerships, payroll lending clusters, or SMEs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard corporate organizations, cooperatives, and trade unions for payroll lending or group savings schemes.
- Build and maintain high-value prospects through networking, professional referrals, and industry events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring high levels of service and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct professional sales presentations to HR Managers, CEOs, and Board Directors.
- Work closely with the Product Team to propose tailored financial solutions tailored to specific corporate needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends using CRM software.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Corporate Banking. A proven track record of meeting revenue targets is essential.
- Minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing, Banking and Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products (Interest rates, Tenures, KYC, Risk assessment).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel).
- Advanced negotiation and closing techniques.
