We are looking to hire a Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by achieving volume, value, and distribution targets across both on-trade and off-trade channels.
- Identify, open, and grow new accounts with bars, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and wholesalers to expand the premium spirits portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with trade partners, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and business growth.
- Secure strategic listings, visibility opportunities, and menu placements to maximize brand presence and availability.
- Execute impactful trade activations, events, and promotions that directly drive product visibility and sales performance.
- Conduct regular product training sessions, tastings, and brand education workshops to support trade partners and sales teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with marketing teams to synchronize sales efforts with brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and prepare detailed sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and drive better performance.
- Manage trade budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI while delivering high-quality activations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or trade marketing.
- Experience working with premium spirits, beverages, or FMCG is essential.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Solid understanding of on-trade and off-trade distribution channels.
- Knowledge about alcoholic beverages is compulsory.
- Knowledge of competitive market dynamics within the premium spirits sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data reporting systems.
- Managing brand activations, events, and promotions is a plus.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Monday - Friday
