Responsibilities:
Luxury Property Sales & Client Engagement
- Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties to qualified prospects.
- Engage high-net-worth individuals through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
- Conduct professional property inspections, site visits, and client presentations.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Source and convert high-quality leads through referrals, networking, and marketing channels.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inbound leads into closed deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Provide tailored property recommendations aligned with the client's lifestyle and investment goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and commercial terms professionally.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process until deal closure.
- Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover.
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Stay informed on luxury real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
- Provide market insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high-value property sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, grooming, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage high-value clients, and perform under pressure.
