Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Luxury Property Sales & Client Engagement

  • Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties to qualified prospects.
  • Engage high-net-worth individuals through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
  • Conduct professional property inspections, site visits, and client presentations.


Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Source and convert high-quality leads through referrals, networking, and marketing channels.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inbound leads into closed deals.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Provide tailored property recommendations aligned with the client's lifestyle and investment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.


Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and commercial terms professionally.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process until deal closure.
  • Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover.


Market Intelligence & Brand Representation

  • Stay informed on luxury real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
  • Provide market insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high-value property sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, grooming, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage high-value clients, and perform under pressure.
