Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting property listings, and closing profitable sales deals. You will play a key role in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Working Hours : Morning Shift

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property inspections and guide clients through the buying or leasing process.
  • Promote available properties through various channels (social media, ads, open houses, etc.).
  • Prepare and present sales offers, proposals, and agreements.
  • Maintain a database of clients and follow up on inquiries promptly.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to clients.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
  • Must be familiar with the local real estate market.
  • Competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
