Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property inspections and guide clients through the buying or leasing process.
- Promote available properties through various channels (social media, ads, open houses, etc.).
- Prepare and present sales offers, proposals, and agreements.
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to clients.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in real estate or property sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
- Must be familiar with the local real estate market.
- Competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
