Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers online in line with company goals.
- Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and understand their needs to convert leads.
- Maintain communication with existing clients while building new relationships.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare sales agreements based on company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, manage returns, and provide price updates and discounts when needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot potential opportunities.
- Meet and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to confidently demonstrate products and communicate their value.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
- Must be computer literate and comfortable with online lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve targets.
