Job Summary

The Sales Engineer (Construction Equipment) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical expertise on a range of construction machinery and equipment. This role combines technical knowledge with strong sales skills to recommend solutions that meet the client.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and equipment demonstrations.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts

Technical Consultation & Support:

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable equipment solutions.
  • Offer technical advice on product selection, specifications, and applications.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and provide equipment recommendations.
  • Provide after-sales support, including coordinating with service teams for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction equipment technology, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the team to improve offerings.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, training sessions, and industry events to promote products and strengthen brand presence.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience
  • Degree in a related field
