Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and equipment demonstrations.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts
Technical Consultation & Support:
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable equipment solutions.
- Offer technical advice on product selection, specifications, and applications.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and provide equipment recommendations.
- Provide after-sales support, including coordinating with service teams for maintenance and troubleshooting.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction equipment technology, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the team to improve offerings.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results to management.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, training sessions, and industry events to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
