Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Sales Engineer at AfriPay. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored payment solutions to clients. Responsibilities include conducting technical demonstrations, customizing solutions to client needs, providing technical support, and building strong client relationships. You will also contribute to pre-sales initiatives and assist in problem-solving to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of payment platforms or financial systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Technology
