IPS is seeking experienced AV/IT sales professionals to join as Regional Business Development Partners. This commission-based, independent contractor role leverages your local network to introduce IPS products, secure partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and map the Top 20 System Integrators in the assigned country
- Secure vendor registration and partnership agreements for IPS
- Promote IPS brands, with a strong focus on PIXL (in-house brand)
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Support specification and protection of IPS products in local tenders
- Register deals and manage opportunities through IPS sales channels
- Submit bi-weekly activity and pipeline reports
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
