Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Regularly promote and advertise products across various online and offline platforms to maximise visibility and lead generation.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in regular company training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Align with the company’s sales objectives by proactively reaching out to potential clients and driving sales growth.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage client reception and build strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience (preferred), preferably in packaging machinery, commercial micro oven, etc., industrial equipment, or related sectors.
- Age between 18–35 years.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and demonstrate diligence and a progressive attitude.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages (e.g., Yoruba, Hausa) is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Online Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
