Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist – SounDisruptr
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Lagos/Abuja preferred)
Starting Salary: ₦100,000 + commission (to be discussed).

Role Summary
Sound Disruptor is hiring a highly driven Sales & Digital Marketer to generate revenue across our music, creator, and entertainment marketing services.
This role goes beyond replying to messages. The successful candidate will actively drive sales by managing inbound leads from ads and social media, executing follow-ups, and initiating outbound and cold outreach where necessary. The role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing so the candidate can confidently explain services, qualify prospects, handle objections, and close deals.
This is a revenue ownership role, not a customer support or community role. Performance is measured primarily by sales closed and revenue generated.
Core Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Convert inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and ad campaigns into paying clients.
Actively pursue sales through outbound methods, including cold DMs, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and direct engagement with artists, creators, managers, and entertainment businesses.
Qualify prospects based on budget, goals, seriousness, and readiness to proceed.
Clearly explain Sound Disruptor’s service and recommend the most suitable option.
Push prospects toward clear decisions and payment without being unprofessional or misleading.
Independently close Tier 1 and Tier 2 service deals.
Identify and escalate only qualified Tier 3 prospects to senior management.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
Manage a high volume of conversations across multiple platforms without losing quality.
Maintain consistent daily follow-ups with prospects until a clear outcome is reached.
Track leads through all stages: new, qualified, proposal sent, follow-up, closed, or lost.
Re-engage cold or inactive prospects using approved follow-up frameworks.
Ensure no serious lead is ignored, forgotten, or poorly handled.
Digital Marketing & Service Knowledge (Critical)
Possess a working understanding of:
Music and creator marketing
Social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Paid advertising basics (Meta ads)
PR, press releases, blogs, and online visibility campaigns
Accurately explain:
How campaigns are executed
What results are realistic
Why are services priced the way they are
Set clear expectations to avoid misunderstandings, disputes, or refunds.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Submit daily and weekly reports covering:
Leads contacted and handled
Qualified prospects
Deals closed
Revenue generated
Share insights on objections, common concerns, and market feedback to improve offers and sales scripts.
Key Skills & Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Strong written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
Proven ability to sell through chat, messaging apps, and online conversations.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
Ability to explain marketing services clearly to non-technical clients.
Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills.
Comfortable discussing pricing, negotiating, and asking for payment.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage high conversation volume.
Preferred Experience
Experience in:
Digital marketing agencies
Music, entertainment, or creator marketing
Online sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
Familiarity with:
WhatsApp Business
Instagram business tools
CRM tools or Google Sheets for sales tracking

Compensation Structure
N100k plus commission (to be discussed).
