Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and online customers, ensuring excellent service and driving sales.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries, process orders, and follow up on leads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualifications.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales and social media/digital marketing.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Honest, organized, and dependable with good attention to detail.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000–150,000 Monthly
