Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to generate qualified leads across all categories (Property, Solar, Electronics, furniture.
- Manage and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyze sales data and optimize conversion funnels using CRM tools.
- Support partnership onboarding and drive joint revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Develop proposals, track key performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and
- Background in PropTech, Renewable Energy, or E-commerce is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital sales pipeline tracking tools.
