Job Summary

We’re expanding our reach and looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to lead our sales pipeline growth and empower our sales team to close high-quality deals across real estate and lifestyle product segments.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to generate qualified leads across all categories (Property, Solar, Electronics, furniture.
  • Manage and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Analyze sales data and optimize conversion funnels using CRM tools.
  • Support partnership onboarding and drive joint revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Develop proposals, track key performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and
  • Background in PropTech, Renewable Energy, or E-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital sales pipeline tracking tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
