Drives in-store and online sales, builds customer relationships, and ensures a premium TLCA experience. Tracks daily sales, reconciles cash, and manages inventory, combining active selling with basic financial accountability to support revenue growth and brand excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store and online sales by engaging customers and closing deals.
- Explain product features, fabrics, fit, and the cultural story behind TLCA designs.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote bundles or new collections.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships; follow up post-sale to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Record daily sales, reconcile cash, and track inventory accurately.
- Prepare simple weekly reports on sales, revenue, and stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Represent TLCA professionally in appearance, communication, and brand storytelling.
- Engage customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging platforms for online sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
