Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and prepare sales documentation
- Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and logistics teams
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Support sales reporting and follow up on payments
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
- Experience in FMCG or sales support is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
