Job summary
We are hiring a highly proactive and execution-focused Sales Coordinator to drive daily operational growth activities and ensure seamless coordination across sales, front desk, and field operations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the full customer acquisition and activation process from leads to signups, installations, and active connections.
- Ensure daily operational and growth targets are achieved across all involved teams while monitoring execution closely and intervening immediately when performance drops.
- Coordinate activities between sales, front desk, and field teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks affecting conversions, installations, or activations, while maintaining real-time communication across teams to ensure alignment and speed of execution.
- Identify operational blockers such as access issues, logistics delays, material shortages, permit challenges, or customer-related obstacles, assign responsibilities clearly, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate critical operational concerns promptly when necessary.
- Track and improve the customer journey from inquiry to active connection by identifying weak conversion points such as response delays, pricing concerns, trust gaps, installation delays, or sales inefficiencies.
- Reduce turnaround time between customer signup and activation while ensuring demand and pre-sales activities exist before deployment into any area.
- Support growth efforts in locations with strong market viability and penetration potential.
- Maintain and manage daily operational dashboards and performance reports, tracking metrics across leads, signups, installations, activations, and conversions.
- Take immediate corrective action when targets are not met and provide accurate updates, operational insights, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, operations, customer engagement, business development, or field operations is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work with urgency and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Candidates must possess strong reporting and data-tracking abilities and be comfortable working in a role that requires both office coordination and field awareness.
- The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership, drive outcomes across teams without direct authority, and remain proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools is required.
