Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Lead sales efforts and targets.
- Portfolio Management: Curate, maintain, and expand the company’s client base within the oil & gas/chemical sector.
- Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role (Sales/Commercial).
- B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Management, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, and other related courses, professional membership, and an MBA are advantages.
- Industry Context: Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Chemical services, in a sales / commercial managerial role, is highly preferred.
