Job Offer: Sales and Client Relationship Executive

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month (Based on experience) + Commissions
About the Role
The Elite Wanderer is looking for a Client Relationship Expert who thrives at the intersection of luxury service and high-stakes sales. You aren't just managing accounts; you are the bridge between our elite clientele and the world-class experiences we curate.
This is a hybrid role based in Abuja. You will be required to be on-site three times a week to collaborate with the team and meet with high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Ticket Closing: Actively prospect and close deals for TEW’s premium offerings, including luxury travel packages and exclusive events like Brunch and Borderless.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our community, ensuring every interaction reflects the "Elite" standard.
- Sales Strategy: Convert leads into loyal members by understanding their lifestyle needs and matching them with our portfolio.
- Portfolio Synergy: Collaborate across the Retta Holdings ecosystem to identify cross-selling opportunities where relevant.
Requirements
- The Closer Mentality: Proven experience in sales, specifically with high-ticket items or luxury services.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to converse with C-suite executives and high-profile clients with poise and clarity.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Must be based in Abuja and able to commit to the 3-day on-site schedule.
- Problem Solver: A blend of empathy for customer service and the persistence required for sales.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly.
- Uncapped Commissions: A structured commission outline across various products.
- For our top-tier offerings, commissions can reach up to $3,000 per deal.
