Job Summary

The Sales & Client Relations Associate is responsible for driving sales, delivering a premium customer experience, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role supports day-to-day retail operations, provides personalised styling assistance, and acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive exceptional service across all touchpoint

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and deliver a warm, professional, and engaging shopping experience.
  • Understand client needs, body types, style preferences, and recommend suitable products.
  • Support fitting and styling sessions to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and guide clients toward new arrivals, collections, and complementary products.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and handle POS operations.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients.
  • Maintain client database and track purchase history, preferences, and special dates.
  • Conduct follow-ups to drive repeat business, loyalty, and referrals.
  • Manage online inquiries, WhatsApp/DM orders, and ensure timely responses.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and styling standards.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge — fabrics, fits, collections, drop cycles, and care instructions.
  • Assist with content creation (customer photos, styling videos, social content when required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure inventory is well-stocked and displays are in line with brand standards.
  • Assist with stock-taking, tagging, steaming, folding, and product arrangement.
  • Support order processing, packaging, delivery coordination, and returns management.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure fast and friendly service while adhering to brand service standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc
  • 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
