Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned sales business and team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans aligned with overall company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and market activities; provide timely reports and insights to the Group Head.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and investment property markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and stakeholders to drive repeat and referral business.
- Support the professional growth of team members through regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the full sales cycle for the business unit, including lead generation, site visits, deal negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contract standards, and relevant real estate regulations
Requirements:
