We are seeking a Sales/ Business Growth Executive to develop and acquire new business leads, clients, and deposit mobilization, as well as to promote company products and services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain new beneficial business relationships that would impact the business's bottom line through the sales of company offerings.
- Maintain, expand, and improve already existing business relationships.
- Working with executives to develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
- Research and develop new products.
- Deposit mobilization.
- Prepare Credit Assessment Memo (CAM) and submit collated loan applications to the credit management committee for review and approval.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Conduct market surveys to find out what is obtainable in the industry.
- Provide feedback to the supervisor on field sales activities.
- Market the company’s products to individuals and firms, promoting the company’s services that may meet customers' needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6+years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or deposit mobilization within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes, and market trends.
- Excellent business networking, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
