We are an indigenous Nigerian company specializing in providing safety solutions, procurement,
and engineering support services to the oil and gas and construction industries. As part of our
team, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Sales/business development officer to join us
in our mission.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Work type: Fully Onsite. Location: Proximity to VGC, Ajah, Lagos State, is required for this
position.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business development executive who can fit into their
job roles without much supervision thereby contributing to company’s growth.
The business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients,
encouraging extant clints to purchase added products or features and remaining abreast of
changes in consumption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might
prevent growth.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients
• Combining efforts and fostering collaborative environment within the business as a
whole.
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
• Researching the needs of organization and individual online to identify new leads and
potential new market.
• Negotiate and renegotiating by phone or in person.
• Attending conferences, meeting and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposal.
• Contacting potential client via email or phone call to establish rapport and set up
meeting.
• Developing sales goal/targets and ensuring they are met.
REQUIREMENT:
• 3-5year extensive sales experience.
• Degree in marketing, business administration or similar.
