Sales & Business Development Manager
Job summary
This is a results-driven partnership and business development role. We are looking for someone who is confident in engaging senior decision-makers, understands B2B sales, communicates exceptionally well, and can sell a premium service to both Nigerian and international-facing organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, develop, pursue, and close partnership deals with hotels, serviced apartments, corporate travel desks, relocation firms, and other businesses that need reliable transportation for their clients/guests
- Initiate and manage conversations with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, phone, meetings, and other channels.
- Represent Ileero Go professionally to both local and international clients, adapting your pitch and communication style accordingly
- Present Ileero Go's value proposition and negotiate partnership terms.
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline from prospecting through to signed agreement
- Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies that generate measurable revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities to increase booking volumes.
- Track leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and partnership-generated revenue.
- Represent Ileero Go professionally in meetings, networking opportunities, and industry engagements.
- Provide regular business development reports on pipeline, conversion, revenue generated and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Corporate Sales, Travel/Hospitality Sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of winning B2B clients and partnerships, not just generating leads.
- Experience dealing with international clients, expatriates, diaspora-facing businesses, or international organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable engaging CEOs, founders, executives, procurement teams, travel managers, and other senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate win-win partnerships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, persistent, and highly professional.
- Existing relationships within travel, hospitality, corporate, real estate, events, or concierge sectors will be an advantage.
Performance Expectations:
- The successful candidate will be expected to build a strong partnership pipeline and deliver measurable results, including:
- New qualified B2B prospects are generated.
- Meetings and commercial discussions are secured.
- Partnership proposals are issued.
- Partnerships are signed and activated.
- Revenue generated through acquired partnerships.
- Growth in booking volume from existing accounts.
Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 600,000 monthly, depending on experience and demonstrated track record.
- Performance Incentives: In addition to the base salary, the role will have a performance-based commission structure tied to successful revenue generated from activated accounts.
