Sales & Business Development Executive
Job summary
Are you an experienced solar sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals? We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales of our solar installation solutions and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, generating qualified leads, and presenting tailored solar energy solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits of solar installations.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts to successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular pipeline and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience selling solar panels and solar installation solutions (mandatory).
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000/month + Attractive Commission
