Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: N350,000 Net

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, account expansion, and market development initiatives. The role requires a commercially astute professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and consistently convert prospects into sustainable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3 years’ proven experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial judgment capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales analytics.
