Role Summary
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, account expansion, and market development initiatives. The role requires a commercially astute professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and consistently convert prospects into sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years’ proven experience in sales and business development roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial judgment capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic sales analytics.
