Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs
- Sales: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Service Knowledge: Learn our services, features, benefits, and pricing to advise customers confidently
- Transactions: Process sales, handle payments via POS/cash/transfer, and issue receipts accurately
- Follow-up: Build customer relationships, follow up on leads, and encourage repeat business
- Reporting: Track sales data and give daily feedback to supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE is an added advantage
- 0-2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-driven with strong sales and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, presentable, and proactive
