Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote products and actively drive sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and availability.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, and well-presented.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales floor.
• Assist with stock checks and report low-stock or damaged items.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support order fulfilment and dispatch across relevant sales channels.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide daily sales updates.
• Work collaboratively with other store team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• A minimum of an HND 

Location: Surulere

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
