Sales Associate
Job summary
We are seeking a driven and revenue-focused Sales Associate to accelerate sales growth for a printing and creative company. This role is crucial to increasing sales volume, boosting repeat business, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities through active prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Engage walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into closed sales.
- Recommend printing and creative solutions that increase order value and drive upsell opportunities.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing within approved limits, and ensure timely conversions.
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with returning clients to drive repeat business and higher lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the production/design team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to propose new revenue-generating ideas.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer engagement (printing/creative industry experience is an advantage but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- An experienced hand with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effective
Benefits:
- Base Salary: ₦250,000
- Monthly Sales Target- 25M
- Commission: 2% of revenue collected
- Accelerator: 3% above ₦25m
