Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers in-store and online, answering inquiries and guiding purchases.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue.
- Take high-quality product pictures for promotional and social media use.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Keep records of sales and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- SSCE and above
- Core Skill Set Needed:
- Sales and marketing skills
- Social media management and content creation
- Product photography skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1
