Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide customers in making purchasing decisions and provide product information.
- Handle transactions using POS systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Meet sales targets and support promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service orientation and sales acumen.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a well-groomed appearance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.
