Responsibilities:

Engaging walk-in customers, understanding their unique needs, and actively advising them to close sales and meet daily targets.
Converting inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Website, TikTok, Facebook, and Telegram into paying customers within targeted timelines.
Tracking all leads on the tracker and consistently following up with prospects until a definitive buying decision is made.
Maximizing every order value by pitching alternate product options and complementary pieces to drive more sales.
Reaching out to old, inactive, or cold leads weekly with offers – free installations, free deliveries, discounted offers to revive buying interest.
Sharing high-quality pictures, prices, features, and benefits instantly to remove buying hesitation and build trust.
Spotting customer hesitations early and escalating unresolved product, price, or delivery objections to the Operations Manager to salvage the deal.
Building business relationships with past buyers through post-purchase check-ins to secure repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
Maintaining premium showroom standards to entice walk-ins, while supporting social media content creation to boost brand and product visibility that converts to sales.
Submitting structured daily sales reports, updated lead trackers, and revenue updates on the Fulfilment group before clocking out.
Ensuring accurate tracking data, pending client issues, and stock updates are completely handed over during shift rotations.
