Our mission is to streamline the supply chain for contractors, developers, and businesses across the built environment. We're currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and vibrant Sales Associate to drive strategic sales efforts and contribute to our expansion.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of proven sales experience, particularly in the construction or built industry. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new key accounts and clients, developing partnerships, representing the brand, and managing client relationships. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and onboard new key accounts and corporate clients
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver solutions
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
Requirements:
4–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the construction or built environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong network within the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
