Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients across various channels
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Track and manage client requests and ensure timely fulfillment
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Built,Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience (experience in the construction or procurement sector is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools
